Provided:
Procure Qualified Tenants: CPM will
advertise and show your property for rent.
We draw-up all agreements between the
landlord and the tenant, and ensure proper
execution.
Screening: CPM will
provide quick and thorough background and
credit checks on prospective tenants.
Tenant Insurance:
CPM will ensure that tenants have
appropriate insurance before move-in. No
insurance, No keys!
Check-In/Out Inspection:
CPM provides thorough inspections with
pictures at move-in and move-out.
Money: CPM collects
rent payments and promptly sends statements
and receipts. We deposit rent money into
owner’s bank accounts, and have direct
deposit options available. We also have
quarterly reviews of our accounting
practices by a licensed CPA.
Lates: If your
tenant is late with rent payments, CPM will
serve “Pay or Quit Notices” and initiate the
eviction process when necessary.
Maintenance: All
tenants sign our exclusive “CPM Care
Agreement”. Maintenance is handled promptly
by qualified contractors.
Rent Increases: CPM
ensures prompt lease renewals with rent
increases.
Annual Inspections:
CPM schedules a complete check of all
systems and physical aspects of your home by
a licensed contractor.
Technology: We
consistently use email, digital photography,
faxes, and automated accounting. We are
